God judges glory hoarding but protects the livelihood of His own.
In this message from Exodus 9:1-7, the plague on the livestock reveals both the severity of God’s judgment and the precision of His care. While Egypt’s animals are struck, the livestock of Israel in Goshen are completely spared. Yahweh alone is Lord over livelihood, provision, and every resource we depend on.
This text confronts our tendency to place security in possessions, portfolios, or structures, and calls us to trust the God who both judges those who steal His glory and faithfully protects His people.
